Can I change my PAN Card number?

No, you cannot change your PAN Card Number as holding of more than one PAN Card Number by individuals is illegal. In case, an individual fail in this regard, government could send a legal notice and can impose a penalty amounting to Rs. 10,000. But you can change all other information on your PAN Card including your name, photo etc.
