Do i need new PAN Card to open a new paypal account

Can I have new PAN Card Number? The problem is, I used my HDFC bank for Paypal transactions. Due to contractionof policies between HDFCBank and Paypal, my Paypal account got banned. Having a different PAN Number will not help in any way.
