Do Option buyers have the same rights that as stock buyers?

If you are owning equities of a company then you have following rights- You’re a part owner of the company You have right to receive dividend You have voting right in the company You have right to capital Option buyers have no such right on the company. Their right is limited to the Option contract with the right to obligate the contract or not.
