Zerodha Coin gets activated automatically if you already have a Zerodha Demat account . You are not required to take any separate action. It takes up to 24 hours for Zerodha Coin to get activated post the account gets opened. However, if your account is dormant, you need to complete Re-KYC to reactivate Coin on your profile.
