I received my minor daughter PAN Card without photo. How to get printed the photo on PAN Card?

This is as per the rule by the PAN Card issuing authority. In a PAN Card for Minor the photographs of the minor won’t appear. In the space for photograph in the PAN Card, the word “Minor” would be stated.
