If an IPO shares does not get allotted to me, due to over subscription, will there be any charges for the refund of the money ? Or will it get full amount ? and what is the timeline of getting refund back to my account ?

There are no charges for the refund of the money. When you apply for an IPO online, the application amount is blocked in your account. You cannot withdraw that amount. This amount will be locked till the allotment is finalized for an IPO. In case, you are applying offline through a cheque then the refund process starts after the finalization of basis of allotment.
