In case minor applying for PAN Card, what proofs he has to submit?

For Minors PAN Card, only date of birth proof and photograph is required of the Minor. Rest of the proofs i.e. address proof, Proof of Identity is attached with the PAN Card Application Form of either Parents or Guardian.
