My PAN Card was posted to my residence. But since I was not there, it returned. Whom should I contact?

If any PAN Card is returned back undelivered and it was not delivered to the applicant, the applicant should make request to NSDL / UTI for resending the PAN Card.
Follow the steps:
Visit https://www.tin-nsdl.com
Go to ‘Customer Care’
Go to ‘Complaints/Queries’
Fill the form under Queries and submit it.
