What are the documents to be submitted for Proprietorship concern and partnership concern for obtain the PAN Card?

Proprietorship
The PAN Card of an individual is used for Proprietorship also; the documents that are required are for an individual and not for Proprietorship.
Partnership Firm / LLP (Limited Liability Partnership)
A partnership firm and LLP (Limited Liability Partnership) should apply for Permanent Account Number orPAN Card. The Application Form (Form 49A) for PAN Card for partnership firm and LLP is same as for Individual.
Please keep in mind following special instructions which applying PAN Card Partnership Firm:
Complete name of partnership firm and LLP should be written in the space provided for ‘Last Name / Surname’ in application form.
Application will be signed by any one partner partnership firm and LLP by black ink.
No photo of partner will be required but signature of partner should be made at 3 same places as in case of individual.
A copy of Partnership Deed or registration certificate will be required with the hard copy of application.
Date of creation of partnership firm and LLP will be the date of birth of partnership firm and LLP as mentioned in the Partnership Deed.
