What is the procedure in order to have my photo on PAN Card?

At the time when I got my PAN Card I was minor. Since I was minor I didn't get my photo on PAN Card. Now I am adult. Please suggest me what is the procedure in order to have my photo on PAN Card. Should I apply for a correction form? Yes, you need to fill up the Change/Correction Request Form which you can download from the official website of NSDL or UTI. Along with the application, please provide the valid documents listed in the application including your ID Proof, Address Proof and DOB Proof with your Photo on Form. Being an adult, on the new PAN Card you will get your Photo affix on it.
