Investor can get the IPO Application Forms from: Nearest stock broker office or From the syndicate member office of an IPO. Syndicate members are usually banks or other financial institutions (i.e. SBI). List of syndicate members of an IPO are published in IPO Prospectus.IPO application forms are available for free.
