Whose photo has to be pasted and who should sign on the photo for minors PAN Card?

As you want to apply for the PAN Card of your son who is a Minor (below the age of 18 years), your son’s photo and DOB proof will be required. Note that while minor’s photo is collected, it doesn’t appear on the physical PAN Card once issued. As a parent you will also have to provide your documents as listed in application form. The application should also be signed by the parent whose documents have been submitted. The signature of the parent would be printed on the PAN Card.
