Whose photo to be attached for applying for PAN Card for minor?

Minor’s Photograph and Date of Birth proof is required at the time of applying for PAN Card for a Minor. The PAN Card application for Minor should be prepared by the parents/guardian. Parent has to sign the application and attached the required documents which are listed in the application form. Note that, In the actual PAN Card for Minor the photographs of the minor won’t appear. In the space for photograph in the PAN Card, the word “Minor” would be stated.
